We can hardly believe  ‘Contemplating Childhoods’ has been going for almost a year now.  It has certainly been a discipline to make sure that we have our 500 words ready for 8 am each Friday morning.  Thank you to all our loyal readers and those of you who have taken the time to comment on our postings.  We are also grateful to those of you who have contributed some really interesting and thought provoking blog posts.  We are going to take a well-earned rest over August so our next blog post will be on  Friday 7^th September 2018.  If you have something important to say as you contemplate childhood, do please consider writing a post for us on our return.
